	SANMODUR TW-E FOR iM-01 Synthetic resin material (SANMODUR) for iModela. This material is harder than ZSM-MS and has antistatic properties which make it easy to clean the iModela because the cutting dust is easy to remove from the machine. 	STRAIGHT CUTTER FOR iM-01(φ1mm) Straight cutter with 1mm tip diameter for iModela. This cutter is made of cemented carbide for long tool life. It is recommended for cutting letters out or roughing.
	STRAIGHT CUTTER FOR iM-01(φ1.6mm) Straight cutter with 1.6mm tip diameter for iModela. This cutter is made of cemented carbide for long tool life. It is recommended for cutting letters out or roughing. Standard accessories include this cutter.
	BALL CUTTER FOR iM-01(φ1mm) Ball cutter with 1mm tip diameter for iModela. This cutter is made of cemented carbide for long tool life. It is recommended for finishing the curved product smoothly.
	BALL CUTTER FOR iM-01(φ2.1mm) Ball cutter with 2.1mm tip diameter for iModela. This cutter is made of cemented carbide for long tool life. It is recommended for finishing the curved product smoothly.
	TRIAL KIT FOR iM-01 Beginner's trial kit for iModela. It includes 2 types of SANMODUR, a Protection Plate, and a spindle motor that ensures easy initial cuts. Use the plastic case as a storage box for tools and materials.

iModela maintenance such as replacement of parts, etc. can be carried out independently by the customer.

	SPINDLE MOTOR FOR iM-01 Replacement spindle motor for iModela. Replace when cutting pauses frequently due to unstable spindle revolution or decreased torque. The Life expectancy is about 50 hours.
	CONTROLLER UNIT OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is an entire controller unit. Replace when any of the motors are not moving or unit fails to power on. Also check for possible communication port (USB) or DC power connection problems.
	UPPER UNIT OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is an upper unit that includes the entire spindle (with collet) and X-axis shaft assembly. For convenience, you have the option to replace this entire assembly. However, individual parts within this assembly are available (shown below).
	BOTTOM UNIT OF iM-01 Repair part for iModela. This is the entire lower unit that includes Y-Axis drive and table assembly. For convenience, you have the option to replace this entire assembly. However, individual parts within this assembly are available (shown below).
	Z DRIVE UNIT OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a Z-Axis Drive Unit that includes the spindle, collet and slide holder base. Replace if you encounter any unusual Z-axis problems. Individual parts within this assembly are available (shown below).
	Y DRIVE UNIT OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a Y-axis drive unit (Note: table not included). Replace if you encounter any unusual Y-axis problems. Y axis drive screw set is available separately (shown below).
	Z DRIVE SCREW OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of (2) Z drive screws. Replace when the screw is worn or broken. Recommended replacement after 500 hours of operation.
	X DRIVE SCREW OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of (2) X drive screws. Replace when the screw is worn or broken. Recommended replacement after 500 hours of operation.
	Y DRIVE SCREW OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of (2) Y drive screws. Replace when the screw is worn or broken. Recommended replacement after 500 hours of operation.
	BEARING SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of the spindle bearings and washers. Replace when the bearings are worn or broken. Recommended replacement after 500 hours of operation.
	SPINDLE HOLDER SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This kit contains a spindle holder and (2) contact terminals which hold the spindle motor. Replace as needed.
	Z SLIDE BASE HOLDER OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is the plastic Z-Axis Motor mount. Replace as needed.
	RUBBER PARTS SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of (4) rubber feet at the base of the unit and a set of (4) rubber cable clamps. Replace as needed.
	GEAR SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of gears and nuts for X, Y & Z-Axis. Replace as needed.
	TABLE SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of (3) replacement tables. Replace as needed.
	HOOK SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is a set of 8 hooks which hold the Main Upper assembly. Replace as needed.
	LEFT ARM OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is the left Plastic Arm. Left hand hinge for the main upper assembly. Replace if damaged.
	FRONT/REAR COVER SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This kit contains (1) clear Front Cover and (1) clear Rear Cover. These are clear dust covers. Replace as needed.
	TOP COVER OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is the plastic Top Cover which is on the Upper Unit. Replace as needed.
	BASE UNIT OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is the plastic base only, does not include the table or any Y drive components. Replace as needed.
	SIDE COVER OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is the a top and bottom set of (2) side covers. The are interchangeable between the left and right hand side. Replace as needed.
	CABLE SET OF iM-01 Repair parts for iModela. This is the entire set of cables which connect to the boards, sensors, and motors. Replace as needed.
